The USS Utah Memorial. While there, we were told about a child who has cystic fibrosis, and his Make a Wish wish was to spend the 4th of July touring Pearl Harbor. The raising of the flag below is him, his family and some of the Navy personnel honoring the ceremony at the memorial.
